It went perfect, the electrician, Steven Schott, did exactly the work of why I use professionals for some jobs.You have the piece of mind knowing that it is done to code, and it done correctly.

We had electric that was coming off and on. They came out and fixed it. Very professional and I have not had any problems since. I would use them again.

Fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better resolution. The gentleman from Craftsman assessed the problem quickly, and fixed it in no time. Terry was very pleasant and knowledgable however neither situation was really fixed. He installed a new timer for the porch and garage lighting -- it nver worked! The landscape lighting will work if we go into the garage; find the timer and start box, but will not turn on or off from the switch from our front door. Unfortunately he came when the outside temperature was -25 so we did not complain at the time, thinking nothing wants to work in this weather! The timer for the porch and garage does not work, but we can turn the lights on and off from the porch switch. I will be contacting the company for a redo as soon as our health issues subside.

I called Craftsman Electric looking for an electrician to install a new circuit. I gave a brief run down of what I needed completed. Craftsman Electric, from the receptionist to estimator to electrician were more than accommodating of my requests. Mr. Denney, the service technician, arrived on time and ready to work. Once Mr. Denney went over the work required to complete the job he worked diligently to complete the job. Not only was he a very good service technician he was also very funny and gave good information about the services being performed. I really can't say enough about finding a company that not provides a FAIR service but in my opinion takes pride in delivering the service as well. I will absolutely recommend Craftsman Electrician to any and everyone I know looking for good service. Its very refreshing to know there are still HONEST people in the world. Craftsman Electric updated and replaced indoor light fixtures, ceiling fans, outdoor light fixtures, outdoor lamppost, and indoor dimmer switches. The electricians, Steven, Terry and Jason are first rate at the installation of the fixtures, fans and switches. They were prompt and arrived on time each scheduled date. They were professional and courteous. Their craftsmanship is excellent and their attention to detail is remarkable. I thank Craftsman Electric for a wonderful company. Excellent. Originally there was a miscommunication because the answering service passed along an incorrect phone number and we thought they didn't call us back. Terry H. did an excellent job and work was done very quickly.

They waited until they showed up for the appointment to notify me that I didn't qualify for the deal I had purchased because I had purchased a similar deal 2-3 years ago. They could have easily called me before the appointment instead of wasting my time.
