The electrician was very friendly but not overly friendly. He cleaned up after himself.

Very quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. The problem was a bad switch, which cost me $5. I was however disappointed that a $5 switch ended up costing $84 with the service call added. For what turn out to be a minor issue and a quick fix I feel I could've been offered a break on the overall cost.

Repair work went quick and was well done.

Steven arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, which was that the two circuits were sharing a neutral, which was common practice at the time our house was built. Steven determined that he was able to make the GFCI receptacle line side only since the light fixtures downstream did not need to be GFCI protected. This completely resolved my issue. Steven was friendly and professional and I would recommend him to anyone. I also was able to take advantage of an Angie's List deal for $69 for an hour of work, so the cost was extremely reasonable.

Steven Schott from Craftsman Electric was the technician replacing my exhaust fan. There was several issues in replacing the existing fan and light. He had one that fit exactly the same size of the old one even though the house was 20 years old. When he took the old one out he discovered there was no wood support to secure the new one. He cut about 5 2X4 boards to secure the new exhaust fan in place. In my opinion that was way beyond what an electrician would be doing. Steven was very knowledge in resolving the problem, informing me what was needed to complete the project. I sincerely believe if anybody else showed up they would have told me I was need a carpenter to come in and build a frame so the fan could fit. Its not often you get a service call and your just get blown away by the quality of the work. Steven was on time, resolved all the issues, cleaned up the mess, and worked very efficiently. I really felt I got a bargain in the price I paid and the finished product. I would recommend Craftsman Electric to anybody that had electrical issues and would suggest to ask for Steven Schott as your service technician.

This was a challenging job as the previous lights were sized differently and mounted on a mirror. Other than the down tIme needed to purchase 2 mounting brackets to fit in the openings, the work went very well. I would definitely use Craftsman again.

The results are amazing. We have darker paint colors in our home. The lighting is so much whiter and brighter. New dimmers are more functional as well.

I was happy with the service but it should have been noted with the offer that there would be an additional charge for travel time for the electrician. I was not happy that I was not aware of that in advance.
