Great. The electrician, Steve Schott, was personable and professional. He found a serious problem in my attic that I was unaware of, and he also went back in the hot attic to check out the problem that I called Craftsman about but which he did not spot initially. I will definitely use Craftsman again for electrical work and recommend the company to anyone.

The picture shows the sconces, but it also shows my dining room light, which Curtis assembled and installed on a previous date.

Sean called 30 minutes before the appointment as promised. He checked the wiring and offered to wire my fixtures, which would have been additional time and expense. When I told him I was ok to do that part and just needed to make sure the wiring in the light box was good, he didn't press the issue and try to sell to me, which I appreciated. He checked the wiring in the light box and switch, and made sure it was ready for me to wire the fixtures. While there he gave me a ballpark quote on wiring an external light and gave me some options that would save me some money if I chose to. I will call them again in the future if I have any electrical needs. Very professional and did what I wanted. Informed me of other options, but without trying to push anything on me I wasn't interested in.

It went very well. First, Steven Schott was professional and explained everything in detail. He saved me money by diagnosing what I thought was a fan that needed replacing. Steven has solved many problems over the last few years. Before he left he also gave me suggestions about increasing the lighting in my rather dark kitchen.

Understood the wiring where this is a junction point for other lights/outlets in the room. Completed it quickly. Also removed flat screen tv from wall. (My husband and I could not figure out how to remove it.) Very satisfied. Will call in the future if needing an electrician.

Everything went very smoothly. Technician was very friendly and courteous. He even called me when he got stuck in traffic which was very nice of him to do so. Just a simple call that I am running late meant the difference. We used an Angie's List offer and it went just fine and worked out significantly less than their normal labor charge. So thank you to Craftsman Electric and Angie's List to make the fan installation very affordable. We will certainly use Craftsman Electric for future projects.

They were great. The guy was on time. He performed the service very well, so I was very satisfied. They normally would use hose to hose down the unit outside. The hose that I had wouldn't reach that far. The house next door, their water was turned off. I think he had to just brush it off rather than use water because there was no water available, but as far as I am concerned, that's fine. I was very satisfied.
