Very well. Electrician explains options clearly and what exactly will be done before starting the work. Professional. Have had Craftsman complete electrical services 4-5 times and each job completed was perfect.

Very happy with the installation. Installer was polite, on time and he worked quickly and efficiently. He even helped my husband move the table and chairs. Everything was cleaned up and he helped us put the table and chairs back in position.

They showed up and did the job. I don’t remember it being not a good price, so I would say everything was good. I would call them again. They’re rated, I rated them, people can look at it and see it they want to hire them or not. Their communication was good.

The work went well, and it was done timely. Although the worker had to return to his work site for special material (nails that were longer to use for this job) he returned timely.

It was not completed until Jun 27. The technician I think his name was Steve was very professional. Should I need additional work I would recommend him

Tim showed up on time, but did not have the equipment to do the job because the information I gave the office was not relayed properly to him. He had to go to Home Depot to get the necessary outlets, so I had to pay his time to and from Home Depot (that sucks). He did the work, but his caulking work around the outlets was kinda sloppy. 3 hrs to replace 6 outlets seemed quite long including his travel to Home Depot. I had to ask him to put on shoe covers after he tracked grass & dirt in the house on his first trip inside. After that he did use the shoe covers. Net, my first use of Craftsman Electric will not cause me to call them again. Update 6/29/2017: I received a follow up call from Craftsman and they resolved the issue.

Perfectly. Not only were the GFIs replaced but he also fixed the improperly wired dimmer that also fed that circuit.
