"Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. Highly recommend this handyman to anyone in need of having their windows caulked and exterior foundation painted."

We also have had no sulfur smell issues, whatsoever, even with an older 60-ft shallow well supply source. The new OA Smith electric unit is working perfectly. The combination of Lake Construction and the OA Smith water heater is a good one."
