"This was a first-time experience for me, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had spoken with a number of companies but felt most comfortable with Jared. As he and I discussed the project, I felt good about simply placing the work on his plate and trusting him to do it. Jared and his team were highly professional. The deep cleaning of my house as well as the exterior power washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing (oh man, those WINDOWS!) all felt like the team went above and beyond--like they were fully in vested in my vision for a home that is spotless. Do keep in mind as you make your plans that an estimate is an estimate. Once the team got to my house and saw that actual project, the price changed, but I recognized how worth it it was to finally have my house cleaned in a way that I did / would never have accomplished myself. "I hired Pristine clean services LLC to perform a move out cleaning and carpet steaming on a rental property. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice. The owner did a house walk through and we detailed out the items to be cleaned ahead of time and then when the cleaning was completed we did another walk through and they touched up any item I requested. I was extremely impressed with the quality as were my realitor and new renter. The house was immaculate when they left, and no hidden fees or up charges, very transparent from the beginning. Steam cleaned all carpeted areas with focus on removing pet hair/stains, I was happy with the result and they were prompt with the service. As with all carpet cleaning the carpet was wet after longer than the 8 hours expected but this is normal in my opinion and I used fans to accelerate the drying process. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and family."
