I have done alot of work for major rental owners in Toronto and Steubenville and demo and remolding for a local kitchen and bath turn hous flipper in wintersville, who buy ugly houses and usually turned every one " grey and white". The last couple years i have been removing mold from those flips and have found a way to remove the black marks from shingles for good. It seems every house with asphalt shingles has this problem. Let me get rid of it for you.
