Possibly $0 vs over $23k from a competitor. Afterwards I explained to Marty my concerns with the clear difference in the 2 quotes and broke down my quote from IFS. He stated 2 of the 3 items quoted were completely unnecessary and they wouldn't charge near the same price if we needed work in the future for jacks/piers. Let's hope that's not needed but if so I will be calling them back. They even provided a contractor for the drywall that beat the previous prices I was quoted."
