"Chris was extremely professional and very skilled at his trade. He completed the work within 2 days of our first contact and kept excellent communication about costs, time of arrival for first consultation and date of service. The projects were challenging and he did incredible carpentry. He was very good at keeping the area clean and respectful of my home. We have already discussed additional work that he will do on the house. I am excited to work with him again and recommend him without reservation. "Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."
