The quality of the work is very high, and Chad was very professional and friendly to deal with. He always listened to what we wanted and was very helpful in guiding us to make important decisions regarding the design and configuration of the deck. Also, during the project, we discovered that he was dealing with a personal family crisis, yet he never once mentioned it to us or let it interfere with his work.
