"Will was very nice to start off with. He came willingly and gave us an estimate, as well as picked up our $2,600 cash deposit. Once the deposit was paid our level of responsiveness changed and we were always "next on the list." Will never did build our deck because he under bid the job and decided it wasn't worth his while. Where we are at today (one year later) - a police report is being filed today. Any theft over $1,000 is a felony in the State of Ohio and we just want our deposit back. A simple explanation of Ohio rules would have been enough, no need to shame customers into going with you guys saying that the raccoon could have rabies and other scare tactics. I am plenty old enough to know that it could have a number of diseases, but that doesn't mean I'm going to change my stance. Do not recommend, very rude and had the audacity to rudely say "well I still get paid, that will be $80 for the visit and $10 for the drive from Shelby to ontario." As if I didn't know I still needed to pay him."
