"Where do I begin? This past summer when our HVAC system malfunctioned causing damage to our home Resto Wizards was there to save the day. From the office to the labor every step was an absolute pleasure. After they cleaned up and ensured we were mold free our first thought was lets call our regular GC. We were not pressured in any way by Resto about our construction they simply said if you need us we are here. After 3 weeks of being stood up we reached back out to Andrew. Most teams lose wind in the second half...not these guys. Our construction team blew our minds with how respectful, caring, and clean they worked. Our dog (100 lb blue nose pit) and our two children loved them. Not a single detail was left unattended. Best part not a single penny out of pocket. Our insurance short changed us and Resto got them to pay what they "forgot" If you are searching stop right here and let these guys show you what they can do."

"Bob and his team are amazing ! They are kind and patient and can handle anything ! I was supposed to get tile flooring, but when there were complications (unrelated to them) and we had to completely change over to hardwood, their team worked with us with total ease no matter the obstacle. They give fantastic results at very reasonable prices. But more important (in my opinion) is how they really are just good people. For example, after dropping off my keys to the guys so they could start the hardwood flooring, I was driving to work and pulled over for a deceased animal. I was on the phone trying to figure out the best course of action when Bob walks up to me ! He also just pulled over to help the animal before even realizing his customer was the person next to it. Bob took over and brought the animal to a local animal hospital to be checked for a microchip and cremated. Actually so wild how positive of an experience I had in even the most stressful times thanks to Bob and his team. If you guys are reading this, thank you so much !!!!!!!"

"The initial meeting with John was promising. He was straightforward, easy to talk to, and quickly provided a quote without being pushy. I appreciated that he offered light recommendations without trying to upsell us. After that first meeting, I felt comfortable moving forward. I had John come out one more time so my boyfriend could meet him, ask a few more questions, and finalize the siding and color choices. The next morning, John texted early, saying he’d be by within the hour to pick up the $10,000 deposit. We were told materials would be ordered right away and the project would begin by the end of the month. However, as that date approached, we hadn’t heard anything. When we reached out, we were told it would be delayed by another week — and then again, another week. We were okay with some delays, but the complete lack of communication was extremely frustrating, especially since we needed to coordinate our work schedules. We were also told the work wouldn’t involve anything on the inside, but that turned out not to be true — which was a big issue since we have two pets. During the project, our flower beds and garden were completely destroyed. While some wear and tear is expected, there was no reason for a large boxwood bush to be crushed with a cinder block when there was clearly space to work around it. Several things were damaged, including blinds, window sills, a shelf, and part of the entrance flooring. While I understand that accidents happen during construction, what bothered us most was the lack of accountability. None of these issues were addressed until we specifically called them back out to deal with them. John never showed up for a single walkthrough, and to our surprise, the entire job was done by a different company altogether — not his own crew. That was something we hadn't anticipated, and unfortunately, we didn’t think to confirm it beforehand again our fault. The windows installed were low quality and very off-brand compared to what we expected. We had also discussed having decorative grills/grid lines in the windows, which were completely left out. In the end, while everything listed in the contract was technically delivered, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The workmanship felt sloppy, communication was almost nonexistent, and the lack of oversight from the owner was disappointing. We definitely feel we overpaid for what we received. It’s partly on us for not being more proactive during the process, but someone who takes pride in their business would have at least done one final inspection or walkthrough."

He is efficient, neat, completely open to last minute "hey we forgot but could you...", incredibly excellent at everything he does (he's also done for us internal painting, fixed floor planks etc) and most important is that he is just the nicest person with whom to work on home projects.
