I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. When I voiced my concern, Paul refused to fix the work, apologize, or reimburse me for the cost of labor to remove it, purchase new tile, and have it installed by a professional. He is blaming me for not purchasing bullnose tile, but the issue is the layout and horrible cuts. Furthermore, due to our own naïveté, we had overpaid Paul for work not yet completed, which he refuses to reimburse us now that we’ve decided to part ways. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves."
