"My commode was running and needed to be fixed. It wasn't an emergency. Two men came on 12/02. I needed a fluid master siphon ($9-15.00) to be replaced. The commode was loose and needed tightening. He asked if there was anything else, so I showed him another commode in the house. He snaked it even though it clearly wasn't clogged. He told me I needed a vent and then after looking said I needed a pipe to be level. He didn't perform this task. A Kohler commode 1.6 gallons/6 liter in Home Depot is 407.00. There's no water that what he did was worth 300.00 I will not recommend him nor will I ever use this company again. If they feel that what they did was right then........"
