My commode was running and needed to be fixed. It wasn't an emergency. Two men came on 12/02. I needed a fluid master siphon ($9-15.00) to be replaced. The commode was loose and needed tightening. He asked if there was anything else, so I showed him another commode in the house. He snaked it even though it clearly wasn't clogged. He told me I needed a vent and then after looking said I needed a pipe to be level. He didn't perform this task. A Kohler commode 1.6 gallons/6 liter in Home Depot is 407.00. There's no water that what he did was worth 300.00 I will not recommend him nor will I ever use this company again. If they feel that what they did was right then........
Description of Work: Commode running and the apparatus needed to be tightened. He also looked at another commode, snaked it (wasn't needed) and gave input on what the problem was. I will add that he went to the basement to look at the pipes there as well.

Lek was courteous and professional. He was the first to answer my job request; came within a day of our initial messaging, and on time, and fixed the problem quickly and explained what he had done. Would definitely hire him again.
