Although they were really busy, they did say they would call the next week and arrange to come out. I got a call when the tech was in the area asking if he could stop in and look at the bees, and luckily my husband had taken the day off to show him the issue. One treatment and I haven't seen a single carpenter bee since. The price was what I expected to pay, and is far less than what the damage to the house would end up costing us. I would absolutely use them again, but maybe not in a time-sensitive situation."

They explained the type of bat that this was and their behavior during this time of the year. The inspector assessed our problem as an infection with fleas from a pet bird and he appeared to be right, however, the treatment guy said that he should have also checked for bedbugs.
