"Demetri did a great job on Re- finishing my 100 year old pine floor and sealing it. He also replaced 35 year old+ trim around my storm door and painted the door. It is beautiful now. He repaired my chimney which was crumbling at the very top and put a cap on it and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my garage shingles as needed and fixed its gutter spout drain pipe and another drain pipe on the house. He also did power washing and installed a saddle between my living room and dining room and fixed my bannister. "

ABC recommended changing the shingles with a peel & stick rubber roof for the flatter part of our roof. They explained why, with pictures of my and other roofs. They told us that the underlying plywood was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced, but explained why we had a leak. They didn't try to upsell me, just genuinely told me what needed to be done, and did it in a way that built trust. Why 5 stars?: First, their estimate came in lower than another company I also sourced from Angi. Secondly, they were very responsive to my messages. Third, they scheduled their work around my availability and showed up early and finished on time. Finally, they did high-quality, timely, and thorough work. I'd rehire them in a minute. In fact, we are considering having them fix siding and install leaf filters for our gutters."

I ended up selecting to replace the skylight due to his fair pricing and extended warranty coverage for both the skylight and his own labor. By Saturday morning, Jimmy had texted me ahead of time he was arriving at my house. Throughout the skylight replacement process, he kept me updated on his progress and asked me for final confirmation before he permanently installed the skylight to ensure I was happy with the orientation from within the house. He did the job solo within a couple of hours and even cleaned up the jobsite afterwards and any debris that fell into the house. I highly recommend him and he will be my go to roof guy."
