"Kadre came on time to provide me with an estimate for replacing a skylight. The estimate was very thorough. He showed me pictures and videos of what he saw while on my roof and took the time to explain everything from why the skylight was leaking, the steps he would take to complete the job as well as the materials he would be using. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. Also while he was on the roof he recommended fixing two gutters ( which I already new I had to get fixed) and was able to give me an honest price on those as well. When it came time to do the repair, he came four days after the estimate (on a Sunday because it worked best for me) and again was right on time. The whole job of replacing the skylight and fixing the gutters only took a few hours. They cleaned up any debris and again reviewed the job he did with pictures and video from the roof ( which is a big help since I don’t like going on the roof). Before leaving I was made aware that he also does siding. He gave me an on the spot estimate to do that job as well and I am already sure that I will be using him for that in the spring. I only write reviews when I have an absolutely terrible experience to warn others or in this case when the company is extraordinary and goes above and beyond. I can without hesitation recommend this company"

The job consisted of removing and replacing a 30x30 vented skylight, new water & ice shield installed along with matching the existing shingles. The job came out great. "The hook on my skylight broke off with the skylight in the open position. Nick came that day and although he did not have a new hook that day he closed the skylight for me (2nd floor 15-20 feet up) for no charge and said he would be back the next day to repair the closing mechanism. As it turned out, my skylight glass was actually cracked and had been for some time. nick gave me a price to repair the open/close mechanism and replace the glass. He asked for no money upfront (very unusual these days). He came the next day (arrived on time - also very unusual these days) went up on the roof, took out the old glass, put in the new glass and repaired the open/close mechanism. Within 40 minutes I had a beautiful new skylight with a 5 year warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick and this company."

However, I ended up selecting Jimmy for the job on Thursday based on the scope of the services he provided, fair price, and quick start time. He provided me with different options to accommodate my budget from repairs to replacement. I ended up selecting to replace the skylight due to his fair pricing and extended warranty coverage for both the skylight and his own labor. By Saturday morning, Jimmy had texted me ahead of time he was arriving at my house. Throughout the skylight replacement process, he kept me updated on his progress and asked me for final confirmation before he permanently installed the skylight to ensure I was happy with the orientation from within the house. He did the job solo within a couple of hours and even cleaned up the jobsite afterwards and any debris that fell into the house. I highly recommend him and he will be my go to roof guy."
