He reinforced the floor replaced bolts and metal brackets, he had someone power washed the floor and painted it. He also installed a new hard top gazebo that I had ordered. G&R stained the entire deck by hand (including the lattice work). Gave me a good price and stayed with that price. The deck was 35 years old, but you couldn't tell by looking at it now.
