We had 7 windows installed,siding,new front door installation and new gutters. Just beautiful job! Have received many compliments. Siding job was completed a day earlier than promised. Work crew was outstanding and they cleaned up property each day when finished. Owners Chris and Vic were "hands on" and came for initial meeting and also visited several times. 5 star rating - will definitely use them again

    Our old 5” gutters & 2”x3” downspouts had to be replaced so we decided to replace them with new 6” gutters & 3”x4” downspouts. In addition, we had to replace an older leaking skylight. So, I reviewed contractors and ultimately decided to hire AJT Complete Construction in Lodi. Taner (initial contact & owner) explained what had to be done, when they could do the job and how long it would take. The price was reasonable, yet competitive. His crews were excellent. They arrived on time; started work immediately, worked diligently, answered any questions and cleaned the work area before leaving. And the finished gutters, downspouts and skylight look great. IMO - if you have to replace gutters and/or a skylight please ask AJT to look at your project

    We were concerned about the approach the prior owners in our house took to keep the roof updated. We weren't off base as they did some very "interesting" patch work. Steve and his team were nothing short of incredible. He has maintained our roof for a few years prior to the time in which we did the full job a month ago. It's hard to find contractors who are responsive, transparent, and communicate well. Steve and his team did all of those things very well. The whole job took 3 days even though it required some more work than initially anticipated. I honestly can't say enough good things about Steve and his team and they have completely earned my trust. I will be a repeat customer for years to come as he is a great guy, treats his employees and customers well, and the passion for his business shines through in all his interactions.     I called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost.     Costas satisfactorily completed a replacement of my roof, siding and windows. Costas charged a reasonable price, the work crew was professional, completed nice finishing touches such as adding an attic vent, painting my front door overhang, and a through cleanup of debris both inside and outside my home. My wife and I developed a good working relationship with the owner, Constantine, which is essential for a project of this scale. We had a few bumps in the road, if you will, but these are to be expected in a large-scale project. All issues were worked out, and my wife and I are pleased the end result. While I see there are several disparaging review of Costas on Angies’ list, I beg to differ. My experience with Constantine and Costas Construction was all above-the-board and professional. I neither observed nor had any reason to suspect Constantine or Costas Construction of any mis-conduct. I definitely recommend Costas Construction and would consider them if we require more work on our house the future

    They did a GREAT job cleaning the gutters!! They were soooo conscientious, thorough, and HONEST i.e., they had to chop old, frozen debris out of the gutters, which I couldn't see from the ground...they could've completely ignored the debris, and I would've never known, but they didn't...they did take before and after pics, and it was a lot of extra work for them, but they did it. I will be a long-standing customer!!
