"Frank's painting did a great job. The estimate was fair for the work required. We needed kitchen wallpaper removed and the walls skim coated and then painted.The estimated time for the work was 4 days. Carlos showed up around 8:00am each day and was usually done between 4:30 and 5:00 except for the last day when an associate joined him. The final day was a bit longer and was completed by about 6:30. The walls were skim coated and sanded so as to provide a nice smooth wall for painting The actual painting was done about as close to perfect as possible and we are very happy with the results. Cleanup was very good considering how much dust is generated in the sanding process. The final cost was right on the estimate both in time and final costs. Great job and we will definitely use Frank's again for any painting needs."

He renovated our deck last year and this year he completed a major kitchen renovation for us that included wall removal, header installation, floor installation, additional electric work and re-routing the plumbing. "Steve put up a sliding screen door that I bought on line from Home Depot. He did a spectacular job. He knows how to read directions and when the door was completed in under 30 minutes it worked perfectly. He is a perfectionist and very neat workman. Hire him for any job that requires a skilled craftsman. He does superior work . When he was finished I asked him to complete another job I had been putting off; Removing and cleaning the down spout in front of my house; He did it and also took the time to add a leaf catcher so It wont have to be removed again. I am glad that Steve is a local business man . I look forward to recommending him to my neighbors and friends. I am sure they will be pleased with his work."
