"Excellent - Jason was at home on a rainy day when I called. He came the next day and looked at the problem and gave me a price on the spot. He explained in detail what caused the problem and what needed to be done. He said the cost would be a little higher than normal because he had to set up some scaffolding because of the electrical wire coming to the house where he would be working. I thought the price was fair. He came the next day (Saturday) with a helper and did the work. He was professional, polite, and took care to take precautions because of the Covid 19 situation.
