"Franklin and his associate were gentlemen and displayed the utmost of professionalism in their work. They were a pleasure to have working in our home. You hardly knew they were there and every surface was covered as required from the areas they walked on to areas needing protection from work related dust. Their pricing was fair, there weren’t any unexpected surprises where that was concerned. They found a leak that we didn’t know about from the 2nd floor tub plumbing that would have affected the finish work that they were doing, in the future. They brought it to our attention and recommended a great plumber, who was able to come quickly and fix it, while not holding up the schedule GM had originally set. The plumbers price was fair even under emergency timing circumstances! No, we wouldn’t have been treated more professionally or fairly by anyone else. I’m sure of that! In a nutshell we want them back for future work and would highly recommend GM to anyone."
