"The hook on my skylight broke off with the skylight in the open position. Nick came that day and although he did not have a new hook that day he closed the skylight for me (2nd floor 15-20 feet up) for no charge and said he would be back the next day to repair the closing mechanism. As it turned out, my skylight glass was actually cracked and had been for some time. nick gave me a price to repair the open/close mechanism and replace the glass. He asked for no money upfront (very unusual these days). He came the next day (arrived on time - also very unusual these days) went up on the roof, took out the old glass, put in the new glass and repaired the open/close mechanism. Within 40 minutes I had a beautiful new skylight with a 5 year warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick and this company."

However, I ended up selecting Jimmy for the job on Thursday based on the scope of the services he provided, fair price, and quick start time. He provided me with different options to accommodate my budget from repairs to replacement. I ended up selecting to replace the skylight due to his fair pricing and extended warranty coverage for both the skylight and his own labor. By Saturday morning, Jimmy had texted me ahead of time he was arriving at my house. Throughout the skylight replacement process, he kept me updated on his progress and asked me for final confirmation before he permanently installed the skylight to ensure I was happy with the orientation from within the house. He did the job solo within a couple of hours and even cleaned up the jobsite afterwards and any debris that fell into the house. I highly recommend him and he will be my go to roof guy."

"I wanted to wait for a bad rain storm and wind to see if the job was done well, and I can say it was an excellent job. Overall, I was very happy with them. They came to fix our leaking skylights. The two offered the best price (beating three other quotes) and were able to quickly complete the job the next day. I really appreciate that they didn't give a quote and then said they need 3 weeks to show up. The replaced shingles and ice shield are holding up well, made it through the past several rain storms and really strong winds. They cleaned up and made sure no nails were around in the yard, that was great. If we decide to replace the whole main roof in the future, I would not hesitate to call them and get a new quote and let them do the job.
