Harvey the owner & his excellent team were professional, punctual & attentative to every detail in building my beautiful handicap TREX brown boards & Grey metal railings ramp to my front door. This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. His crew is reliable and hardworking. Jakob is hands on about EVERYTHING. From material orders placed, to deliveries, to getting permits, to scheduling inspections, to coordinating his crew for different jobs….. I honestly don’t know how he keeps it all running so smoothly. He built us a BEAUTIFUL paver/deck patio a few years ago, and this year he built us a STUNNING covered porch/portico with paver walkway which matches the backyard aesthetic. "Originally, I had a great review because the finished work looked great and when I was able to, I didn't see any shortcuts as the team that was hired by the contractor (Mohamed) was there during the week while I was at work. It was good...contracts signed and lifetime warranty was signed of the life of the work. Who wouldn't be happy. Just 2-3 months after the project was completed, problems started to occur. The shower items had minor low flow because of the water that was coming in from the street. They came. Then the handle that held up the shower hand device malfunctioned, the toilet installed was having sealing issues, and the sliding door for the shower was jamming. It took some time for them to look into the issue but when they came, they patched the shower device or seal (later to find out, it was just in drywall with a wood screw on no wood), told me they won't fix the toilet, and shifted and patched the sliding door. I had to get these fixed on my own then the ceiling light they installed doesn't work. I will have to get this fix on my own. I am very disappointed as they gave me all smiles until the last payment then after it was like them visiting to fix the issues was a problem. Again, the problems start in under 3 months. Let me not start on the kitchen. All I have to say is if your were going to take shortcuts and use crappy material, why waste each others time. I have photos of all the problems as well as the contractor."

"Ian , and crew were great. After Sandy hit Long Beach the place was a war zone. We drove into town wondering what to do. As we were driving I spotted a bunch of guys in yellow sweatshirts entering a house, i stopped and asked if they were working.They were cleaning out a house and , i wanted my house done next. I aske them to stop by my house next, best decision I could have made. Not only did they help me fast , efficiently, they followed my instructions. I ended up hiring them to rebuild my entire downstairs including a kitchen. Ian showed knowledge and craftmanship well beyond his years, and i'm glad we met . A year later I had him redo my upstairs . He did Beautiful hardwood floors , new doors, and carpentry,and remodeling. You will not be dissapointed."
