"From the very start, We were sincerely impressed with Kiefer-Randall's level of professionalism as compaired to others that we interviewed. We had a slow start due to weather conditions but when things got going the process was relatively smooth. When there was a question or concern it was answered or delt with prompty. We were never left in the dark not knowing what was happening. Towards the end of our projects we had a one man crew and I was pleased that they had sent Kevin to do the finish work. He was always in contact with us and making sure we liked his ideas and plans for the little things that made a big difference. For example the ending edge of our deck hand rail wasn't left as a straight cut. He cut it in a 3 sided (half hexigon) shape that just made it more appealing. This is just one example of his detail work, there were many others.
