Our goal is to help you create your dreams. We are fully licensed in Westchester and Putnam counties in New York. We have a multi million dollar insurance policy which has never been used in 30 years. The reason is that cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. We are on site every day until the job is completed. We have massive experience in indoor and outdoor renovations for your home. Indoors includes kitchens, bathrooms, basements, doors, windows, moldings, additions, and custom cabinet and shelving units of any size. Also, outdoors we build decks, covered porches, walkways, patios, and fire pits. We have built over 300 Koi ponds that have been featured in international magazines and huge pond tours. We also frame/build garages, sheds, and outdoor bars. Give us a call so you can find out how we can help you.

"John DePace is passionate about his work, and did a beautiful job building our pond/waterfall. We thought his price was very fair, and he is very good about keeping in contact and following through on things. I highly recommend him."

"Honest and on time. I had changed my mind about the pump I wanted to use and Mr Marino was very accommodating and actually left after starting work, procured the other pump, and came back to finish the job onetime and on budget. The owner Mike is an honest guy."

"Awesome job. Marcos and his crew more than exceeded my expectations for the job. They were professional, and courteous. The job took just over two days. Day one was excavating and framing, day two was pouring, finishing, and landscaping. The job site was left neat after day one, and Marcos & his crew didn't leave on day two until all the landscaping was made neat and the job site cleaned up. I have already had several compliments from neighbors and have recommended Marcos and MAS Masonry & Landscaping to others. I would definitely use Marcos and his crew again."

Aquarium Services questions, answered by experts

The average cost to pump a septic tank is around $550, though prices can range from $250 to over $1,250. The final cost depends on several factors, including the size of your tank, how full it is, and your geographic location. For example, pumping a small tank might cost between $290 and $530, while a larger 1,750-gallon tank could cost $600 or more. Prices also vary by region; for instance, costs in Minneapolis range from $175 to $275, while in Portland, they can be between $440 and $750. Regular pumping is essential to prevent waste buildup, which can lead to backups and damage to your drain field.

A two-way cleanout can help if there’s already a clog, but the best strategy to prevent one is by not rinsing grease, oil, or fat down your drains, not flushing or rinsing coffee grounds or egg shells down your drains, flushing only human waste and toilet paper (so no diapers, period products, bathroom wipes, or paper towels), and using drain guards on all of your drains.

Plumbing leaks, roof failures, poor drainage systems, and severe weather events that lead to flooding or inundation are common causes of water accumulation.

Yes, it is possible to pump a septic tank too frequently. The ideal pumping schedule varies based on the tank's capacity, household size, and water usage. Pumping the septic tank more often than recommended can cause the beneficial bacteria to leach into the drain field, leading to an imbalance and a build-up of solid waste.

It depends on several factors, such as the equipment used and the company. However, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to pump an average-size septic tank of 1,000 gallons. A larger tank that is over 1,500 gallons can take up to an hour to pump as long as there are no complications.
