"The man who came out was very nice. He dealt with the immediate problem (holes in the house) and did a thorough search of the interior and exterior of the home. I have a preference for more organic substances to be used over more harsh chemicals and they were able accomodate that preference. They are scheduled to come back out later this month as part of the ongoing services I purchased.

They were very courteous and professional. When they first arrived they put up plastic to keep the dust at a minimum through the house. "They were absolutely fantastic! When they came out to do the quote they were very knowledgeable, everything was explained very well. We were able to put our hands on the products that were offered because he had samples with him! We went with a custom color, I think he said there were something like 37 different colors, we did not even know that they came in colors. Well anyway I think the other big things that stood out to us was that they offer a 10 year craftsmanship warranty on their work and the gutter itself has a lifetime warranty. But what really did it for us was that they offered a 10% Military discount With my husband's DD214!
