"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Janet went out of her way to fit me in when the other service I had scheduled bailed on me only three days before an Open House to sell my home. Her crew of four women was punctual and friendly. They worked together with efficiency and coordination that let them do more in two hours than I would have thought possible. They cleaned about 800 square feet of fairly dirty hardwoods in that time, and I am amazed by the results. I was also pleased with the very reasonable charge for this service! If I ever need cleaning, or any of the other services offered by Done Right Cleaning, I’ll definitely call Janet again."
