A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. However I was supposed to receive a $ 100. rebate from the Durasol Awnings., Inc. for the purchase of Durasol Sun Shelter S4500 Retractable Awning, it is now nearing six months, despite reminder I still have not received the rebate.
