On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals. Alan's crew arrived promptly and performed all the work carefully, removed and returned items on the deck and porch. The entire work was performed to our satisfaction.
