"They are awesome! Very efficient."

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

I have been in the construction and carpentry field for 25 years. I have a degree in home inspections and I have hands on experience with just about everything to do with building a house from the ground up. I enjoy building and making crafts in my free time and I have done that since high school. I take alot of pride in every job I do and always do a job the way id do it if it were my own.

I provide reliable, affordable handyman services for homeowners who need help with repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects around the house and yard. I have experience with drywall repair, yard work, brush and debris cleanup, chainsaw work, furniture assembly, blind installation, and a wide variety of general household repairs.\n\nI take pride in being able to diagnose and fix problems rather than simply replace items whenever possible. From repairing lawnmowers and small engines to working on boats, household fixtures, and outdoor equipment, I enjoy finding practical solutions that save my customers time and money.\n\nWhether you need help tackling a to-do list, fixing something that's broken, cleaning up your property, or completing a small project you've been putting off, I'm committed to quality workmanship, honest communication, and dependable service. No job is too small, and customer satisfaction is always my priority.\n

At Bravestone Construction, we provide reliable, high-quality construction and maintenance services for both residential and commercial clients. Our team is built on integrity, skilled craftsmanship, and a commitment to getting every job done right.\n\nFrom home improvements to commercial projects, we focus on efficiency, clear communication, and lasting results—no matter the size of the job.\n\nConsistency in service. Confidence in every result.\n

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.

"Very well!  The work was done quickly, professionally, and great clean up after the job was completed, we are very pleased with the results and would recommend High Tech and definitely use them again

"Hardworking, Very respectful, does a great job every time!"

"I called and got an estimate. John (one of the owner's) sent an estimate to us, outlining specifically what would be done to our house. We were not home when services where rendered however, many of our gutters were replaced with "cheaper" looking materials. Paint was not scraped as it was supposed to be before painting."

"Maria and her team were very professional and courteous. They worked well together and hardly ever took breaks. This team hand brushed the entire house and it looks great. Clean-up was well done too. Maria was one of the only painters in the area that was willing to work us into her very busy schedule. She knew we had a very strict timeline and the job had to be finished quickly (we had renters arriving). Despite all the rain we had last week and an unfortunate personal issue, they got the job done just in time. I'm grateful for Maria and her team and their diligence. We would recommend this team and would definitely hire them again. Thanks Maria!
