"Received a quote on the work, which was to remove a leaking half stack chimney and repair the walls and roof. Once I approved the work, it was started and completed in the time estimated. Any deviations from the stated work were thoroughly explained and I was given the options and costs to make a decision. Working with Contractors can sometimes be a unpleasant experience but this isn't the case working with Todd and his Crew."
