He carried us through the entire process so it was not like just doing what he felt was best, he always ensured whatever was being done was to our satisfaction. He constantly checked that we were happy and satisfied with the work being done. He also educated us on why certain things were better done in certain ways - thus also making it a learning experience for us. He was always punctual, friendly, hardworking and a sweetheart. He always cleaned up and left no mess. Best believe if I have to go into every detail of how awesome he was, I would write a book.
