Have lots of mementos throughout the house - did have one shell that broke (no comment was made about it - found after they left). First time I've used any housecleaning service ... think I am satisfied - plan to try regular cleaning for a time - will determine whether I really am satisfied. Did not have anything done in any of the bedrooms or the downstairs Rec Room - only kitchen, dining room (didn't touch chandelier), living room, halls and staircase (raised ranch), both bathrooms."
