"From the beginning, James was very professional and thorough in providing me with details about the job. He gave me a fair estimate and the time span for the work. He and his crew arrived on the appointed date, James again reviewed the work to be done and answered all questions. His crew worked diligently the whole day with an appropriate lunch break. I provided James with the color paint I wanted for the room. It was only after he purchased the paint that I realized that it would be too dark. James was patient with my dilemma of trying to decide on a color. He personally escorted me to the paint store to be sure I would get the color I wanted. "After interviewing 3 contractors I choose iPaint and Contact Inc. for the finishing of the cement floors in my entertainment room. iPaint and Nick were the most knowledgeable and professional of all the companies I interviewed. The materials they used were of the highest quality available; not the ?handyman? epoxy floor coatings sold in Home Depot that the other contractors wanted to use. There were also many colors and multicolor flake systems available to choose from. The epoxy used was essentially odorless and dried quickly. We are so happy with the finished job, it looks beautiful.
They took care to prepare the cement properly as to provide the best possible finished product. They filled all the cracks and the floor was prepared using power grinders to assure that the epoxy adhered properly. There was very little dust. The floor also came with a 5 year guarantee against peeling or cracking. This was the best guarantee offered by any of the contractors we interviewed.

"They did a great job. I was out of town during most of the painting time and asked they wait to paint the living room until I returned as I wasn't sure on the color. They did just that and I'm thrilled with the way it turned out. They skim coated one wall and I wish I'd had the time (and money!) to do it everywhere, it makes a huge difference.

My only complaint is that they didn't remove the wall plates when painting. They simply painted around them. While they were obviously taped so no paint was on them, my plan was to change the wall plates anyway. I had to be extremely careful when removing the old ones so as not to chip the paint when prying them off the wall (as they had clearly been painted on/around several times). It seemed extremely lazy to not remove the plates, when the whole process felt very professional.  I remember Eric specifically mentioning they would remove the plates as he commented the last painters had not.

Overall, I'd hire them again, but I would give myself more time to more closely supervise and be crystal clear in my instructions."
