The roof itself came out amazing . . 3rd after the work zero contact when I had concerns and my siding is destroyed and nothing has been done about it yet still. 4th he hired a gutter guy to replace old gutter for specific rate. After the gutter guy was done the gutter guy charged me extra 150$ I would not paying stating that the job was already set for a specific price by the roofer owner. for weeks now been contacting the roofer and got no reply . . I just feel like the siding should not look worse than it was before the job."

Update: Since this was written he did come back but due to Covid we're looking forward to getting this complete May 2021."

The entire process took 2-3 weeks longer than promised, STILL NOT FINISHED! which was frustrating from the start. But the real problems began with their poor craftsmanship. To begin with, the pantry wasn't even properly secured to the wall, and I noticed nails carelessly sticking out of the cabinets. The kitchen sink was shockingly installed backwards. On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didn’t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasn’t installed at all, and their carelessness didn’t stop there—they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone."
