"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

Raj is very professional,I was provided a detailed list with the price and he also provided pictures which for me just made me very happy. He also informed me when there was money left over from the job that could provide me to get something else done. As far as the prices, in todayâ  s economy everything is going up in price I got 2 other estimates for my many jobs and Raj provided me the best price for my money I would definitely refer him and his company. The work that was done for me was installation of a new door ,repair a door frame, reinstall a toilet, unclog drain, removal of a vanity light fixture, installing a bell panel some carpentry work underneath sink and a couple of other things I canâ  t remember.
