Continuity Construction Services, Inc.Was fantastic, responsive and the most honest contract I've ever dealt with. Can you imagine a contractor that actually returns money to you if materials scheduled to be used upon estimation were not used?. Duane Randall II and his frim, which has been in business for 40 years, did exactly that when they put a roof on my Mom's home. Duane was just super, provided all the indicia of required insurance, ie workmans comp and general liability upon request. He and his firm which is family owned and managed did such a quality job on my Mom's roof that a roofing company firm that I'd hired to inspect their work said that he wished that his own home had a roof installed by Continuity Construction Services Inc. . That's not all he does, my Mom's home was being prepared for sale. Everything that needed to be done was done correctly (including rebuilding a crawl space that was in bad shape- needed new supports, insulation, vents closed etc) and with quality workmanship. Beacused of the super job done by Continuity Construction Services, my Mom's home was on the market less than 24 hrs and it was under contract. Duane has a keen intuition on what needs to done in all construction situations, he expresses that intuition in a rapport sensitive fashion and works very well with real estate agents. Many contractors operate very differently from Duane. I obtained 4-6 bids for my Mom's roof.Continuity's bid provided the greatest insight into what was going to be done and the related cost. Also Continuity's bid was the least expensive but provided the best materials and warranty. During the whole process, Duance took "before" and "after" pictures that really kept me in the loop during the whole process. He/Continuity did everything, shampooed carpets, interior painting, plumbing, they did it all and just great quality, professionalism and attention to detail. Also, when they project a completion date, its done but in the event a certain date has to be pushed back, he provides notice way in advance- just a true professional- Mark R.

The Window BrokerThey carried out the job on schedule and on budget, protecting the rest of the house from the mess and heat loss that ensued from a majordemolition in -0 degree weather. The workers were pleasant and respectful. We were delighted with the results. Southern Tier Permaside IncWe had used Southern Tier Permaside to peform smaller jobs, e.g. build a deck, replace an exterior door and reconfigure our stairway to the second floor of our home. We decided to add an enclosed three season porch to replace our deck. I contacted Southern Tier Permaside and we met to explain our ideas for the project. They took our information and came back with a proposal. We met to discuss and accepted their design with some minor changes. A detailed contract was presented and we accepted it. The work began on schedule and was completed on time. They did an excellent job constructing our room. We have been extremely happy with the job and the final results. We use the room daily from April to November each year. It has added a comfortable living space to our home and we receive many compliments.- Frank S.

Southern Tier Permaside IncWe met with the contractor several times to discuss options and ideas. He made a proposal that we liked and decided t move forward with the project. The contractor did a great job. The project was finished on time and to our specifications. Many positive comments from people who have seen the room. Workers cleaned up the site at the end of each day and hauled away trash. I have hired this contractor to do other jobs for me. We use the room almost daily from April through November. Ettel Restoration and RemodelingBathroom remodel project was fully paid for in the spring of 2010, but only partially completed. Quality of initial work very good, so much so that I recommended him to friends for his services. However, as work progressed - and note that he was paid up front - it became increasingly shoddy, and finally stopped altogether, with significant missing components. We hired Marc and Parlor City Construction to enlarge our living room, by installing a LVL beam in the ceiling, replacing/rerouting electric outlet, reworking our floor to match and drywall and plaster our entire living room ceiling. The job was completed very professionally, on time service and at a reasonable cost. Each and every employee of Parlor City Construction was professional, congenial and trustworthy. We will in the future be hiring Parlor City Construction for further remodeling of our home.

Everything went very well from the first call to completion. Estimator was very responsive, professional and helpful. Project manager and foreman were very good also. The men who did the work were professional, considerate of our home, polite and did a great job and great cleanup. We have an estimate for vinyl fencing installation and will use United Construction again for that, in the spring.
