We were impressed at how they addressed the significant complexities of keeping the floor plan we wanted, while dealing with different grades, foundations, roof pitches, HVAC constraints, and 50+ year old electrical. We lived in the house during the construction, so they coordinated moving our gas and electric service with no disruption to our family. They also remodeled our kitchen, sided and reroofed the house, installed 2 paver walkways, and remodeled our entry way with a smaller addition and attached front porch.
