  excellent quality workmanship. house is beautiful. only recommendation is that the builder use an excavator who does an equally fantastic job. I understand landscaping is on the homeowner, but the excavator should put stone around the perimeter of the home and make sure it does not have any wash away issues, which when you have exposed dirt is a big issueshow more

  He actually worked with us and allowed us to do the tear off ourselves so that we could save some money. People recommended him to us. Excellent quality, finishes jobs on time, but the quality is what sold us. He was on the job site personally, he did have a crew but he was here all the time. The only issue I had is that since he is a small business he wasn't able to come and work on it everyday. He did finish it quickly it just wasn't an everyday thingshow more

  Outstanding. Ovid Figueroa came on a Sunday to discuss the work. This was convenient because both customers work full time and have a difficult time getting time off during the work week. Also, the work involved a change from rubberized roofing on part of the roof to all shingles. This saved us $ 2,000. In addition, because of this change, I wanted to select a different color for the shingles, and Serrano was able to make this change quickly. There was some damaged old plywood on the roof, found near the skylight and elsewhere. Serrano II charged extra for this unanticipated work, but the charge for materials and labor was reasonable, $ 585. Serrano II cleaned the scraps up, so the grounds looked neatshow more

  Jason began work on the house earlier than projected by a few days. He and his crew have been working and have gotten so much done already. They are staying on schedule and although there have been unexpected surprises, Jason has tried to keep the cost close to the original one when the contract was signed. Jason has stayed in touch with me by texting 2-3 times a week to keep me apprised of how the work is going. He has sent pictures of the demolition, the repair of the foundation, pouring the cement in the crawl space and a surprise patio with the extra cement. I am so pleased with the way things are going with my house and how professional Jason DeGroat has been throughout the process.
