"Hired G&R to fix up my deck, stain it, and paint a shed. The work involved replacing all of the horizontal hand rails, and tightening the floor boards. G&R stained the entire deck by hand (including the lattice work). Gave me a good price and stayed with that price. The deck was 35 years old, but you couldn't tell by looking at it now. Peter when he came to give the estimate took his time to go over everything in detail and explain various options and what would be involved and then emailed a detailed professional estimate & contract. The workers (Javier & partner) who performed the job were very easy to work with and did a great job. They spent a long time just prepping the house exterior before painting (something our last painter did not and we paid for that). The work on the house was completed on time and looks great. 
Around six months after the work, at the end of winter we saw some issues with the deck. I emailed P&M and had a person come to check out the deck the very same day. They scheduled to have it fixed with a couple of weeks. We couldn't be happier.
