When they pulled up the old tile, they recognized the need to put down a primer sealer layer and did that, to make sure the new floor would not wobble. "Ronald Rodriguez came to my house and gave me a good price to complete the project. He replaced any boards that were broken, power washed and then sanded the deck to get ready for the sanding. Ron and his crew did an excellent job prepping the deck, and then put down multiple coats. He was always on time, and is an extremely hard worker.
