Ed is a true professional, courteous and friendly. More importantly, the work was topnotch. No corners cut. No surprise costs. He charged a fair price and was willing to stay later to make sure job was done properly. Would hire again.

Ed is a true professional. Our deck was in very poor condition and he transformed it to the best it has ever looked. His work is exacting. The cost of our project was extremely fair. Ed had to work with an older, structurally sound deck that had been excessively power washed. He took great care in sanding the damaged wood - every single picket/baluster - replacing the top railing, and staining the entire deck. I highly recommend Ed.

Edward was excellent about responding to my request, showed up on time and completed it timely and did a good job painting the deck. He worked with our renters and emailed pictures to me to show the results. We have already hired him to do some grout work. He is also very courteous.

The job is not yet completed. Powerwashing is completed deck must now be refinished. Weather has delayed the project. Only one of the other two contractors which you recommended contacted me; but I did not respond because I had already agreed to accept Mr. Ramirez.

Ed and his crew did a great job installing crown moldings in my co-op. They were very professional and trust worthy. The quote was extremely reasonable and he stuck to it even though the project turned out to be more than expected. Scheduling and timeliness was difficult to deal with, but understandable since he was working on two projects at once. Overall I would hire them again and recommend him to others.

The job was basic gutter cleaning on 2nd story gutters. They were very good and timely. It was effortless to work with them, the work was completed quickly to my satisfaction and I would recommend them. All of this and their price was right too, much less than the others that gave me quotes.

Mr. Ramriez was very courteous. The removal of the old ceiling and the replacement of the new ceiling was done very clean. The only comlain I have is his timeliness.He would claim to return the next day at 8:30AM ,then show up at 10AM and sometimes later.
