Neil came over to give me a quote and was compassionate and understanding. He told me he would do his best to get all of the blood and urine out and would even try and get the old stains that had been there for several years. The job he did was nothing short of miraculous!!! He got all of the stains out including the old set in stains that my previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove.
