"Ryan, when I called him to cancel his appt to estimate the job of cleaning my gutters due to the fact that the first provider who came examined the gutters and said they needed no cleaning or repairing, complained that he had already paid homeadvisor for contacting me ($20, I think he said). I called Homeadvisor at his request to let them know I had canceled the appointment so that maybe he could be refunded that money. Apparently, providers are not supposed to ask customers to call on their behalf for this - there is a provider credit service available for them to use. All in all, the exchange kinda left me somewhat uncomfortable."

He replaced old screens and built some new screens for many windows, replaced screen material and added pet-proof protective hardware cloth for screen doors, and he and his family laid a series of slate stepping stones and did a terrific job laying them flat on a sloped and curving surface. He worked on faucets and installed a driveway sign. There seems be nothing that Scott couldn’t do, fix, or diagnose. I was so pleased that I got to work with him and I look forward to working with him in the future."
