Before it could be replaced, everything had to be removed -- four layers of rotted, previously laid flooring, including two that were tiles, all the way down to and including the subflooring. What a mess! Magic Improvement lived up to their name in every way. Their workmanship was impeccable, the results far more beautiful than we could have hoped. Angel and his workers were absolute gentlemen, friendly and cheerful, in spite of the nastiness of the job. And when they were finished, they left everything spotless and completed to our satisfaction in every way. The price was reasonable, especially considering the difficulties that arose: trying to find a rare type of flooring that I wanted, a Jacuzzi tub with a broken skirt, and the need for specialized molding to complete the job and leave it looking seamless and professional. I couldn't recommend a company more than Magic Improvement. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again as they showed they can do far more than floors, including paint, plumbing, and carpentry.
