"I'm a 75 year old senior who was looking to purchase a home in Queensbury, NY. This wasn't my first rodeo, however, I have never been treated so poorly by a real estate agent. Aubrey sounded great over the phone, but that was my only interaction with her throughout the entire process of buying my home. I guess she moved on to her next client quickly, because she couldn't be bothered to represent me at the inspection or closing of my new home. She sent a guy I had never seen or heard of before instead. I don't think he was even part of her team. I understand I'm not buying a million dollar home, but after spending over $380K, I would ad lease appreciate a thank you card or some kind of acknowledgement from Aubrey. I didn't even get a closing gift. Aubrey seems very fake."
