A guy named Steve came to my property and, without inspecting the source of the leak, immediately replaced the wax ring at the base of the toilet. He charged me $140, but the leak persisted. When I asked him about it, he claimed the toilet tank had a leak and wanted to charge me an additional $400 to replace the toilet. He wanted to charge me twice for this job. If he'd inspected the source of the leak initially, I would've paid $400 to replace the toilet instead of additional $140 for the wax ring. I think this is a scam, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services"

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."
