"Dave, the owner, was very agreeable and pleasant to deal with, scheduling the work according to my time frame. His employees did a great job stretching carpeting as well as shampooing and were also pleasant to deal with. The carpet was steam cleaned with a very powerful suction extracting years of accumulated dirt out of the carpet. Much better than any portable hand operated unit could ever do. As another carpet cleaning company told me, make sure the company is experienced and works out of a truck for the cleaning. Carpet Doctor is the best!"

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."

The technician arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They made sure the area was protected and left everything clean once the job was completed. I appreciated how thorough the inspection was and the time they took to answer our questions. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but they definitely delivered. Highly recommend."
